Before you proceed you should know that your total commitment over 1 months is $99.

The minimum amount of $99 will be automatically debited from your selected payment method at the end of each month. Balances of months will be pro-rated in the initial instance. 

Your dashboard contains details of charges incurred from bookings, along with copies of invoices for your records.

This plan represents 57% discount compared to drop-in rates over a month.

The Wi-Fi network Bello.hiVe.flex is open, and you can use free of charge to access bellohive.com for signing up, purchasing credits or booking the meeting room.

Other things:

e-key access control is provided upon request to all members using a smart phone app from Remootio. This key is unique to you. If you lose your phone please let us know ASAP so we can re-issue you a new e-key.

Air-conditioning & heating is available from the control panel next to the front door. If the green light is illuminated, try opening the windows instead. If not, press the button once; the blue light will turn on when activated. The room will take 5-10 minutes to cool or heat. You can turn the system off by pressing the button once more.

Power & network available under the desk. Monitor control button under the middle of the screen. The login screen for the bello.hive.flex WiFi network is triggered by going to websites like https://news.com.au

Bello.hiVe.members WiFi network is more secure, and uses the same username and password for the members website. Should you need to buy time passes, this website is freely available on the bello.hive.flex network.

Trusted certificates are used to secure the bello.hive.members WiFi. Some members, especially newer Android users, may be prompted to enter a domain before accessing the members WiFi network. This domain needs to be "ironwifi.com."

Meeting room can be booked online, or used ad-hoc if available (30 min max). For video conferencing plug in cables and auto-detect via your digital platform of choice (ask for assistance if required). Surcharges apply.

Flex desk reservations are optional but can be made if you need to lock in a desk. Surcharges apply.

Printer is available, behind the curtains. USB printing is the easiest. Per T&Cs, printing is as a package per month (100x B&W, 10x Colour), or ad-hoc 10c/B&W, 70c/Colour.

Calls and noise can be irritating to others when they're working. We ask that you be considerate of others. For example, take extended phone calls outside or use the meeting room.

Kitchenette is there and can be used to make yourself a tea or prepare a light meal. Water is available in the fridge, either the free or paid variety. If you want to tip in for the tea and snacks (or pay for the water), that'd be swell! The tip jar link is available in the menu on the left.

Outside hours access is available in this plan. Each hour starts and ends at the top of the hour and is only available in hour blocks between 6pm and 8am. It is recommended you use the bello.hive.members network to avoid login screens every hour.

Ts & Cs can be reviewed anytime at bellohive.com/tcs. You are asked to confirm that you agree to the T&Cs via a click wrap agreement when signing up and on occasions when policy changes in significant ways.
