Your dashboard contains details of charges incurred from bookings, along with copies of invoices for your records.

To start using the space you can just come on in and get lucky (get a desk or space on the couch) or make a booking to reserve a resource for an additional fee.

Compared with this plan, the Visitor+ plan supplies you with a week-long e-key to access the space with extended hours (weekdays, 8am - 6pm) and outside hours access. The Visitor+ plan reverts to this plan at the end of each week.

The WiFi network bello.hive.flex is open, and you can use free of charge to access bellohive.com for signing up, purchasing credits or booking the meeting room.

Things to know:

> Weekdays, 9am - 5pm, excluding public holidays.

> Optional desk reservations are open between 9am - 5pm in 4 hour minimum blocks of time.

> Half-days are between 9am - 1pm and 1pm - 5pm.

> Time passes expire 90 days from purchase.

> If you're running a little early, ask staff for a one-time WiFi password to get you going until your allocated time starts.

Other things:

e-key access control is provided upon request to all members using a smart phone app from Remootio. Zero and Zero+ e-keys are reset at the end of each week - so you will have to re-request an e-key at the beginning of each week.

Air-conditioning & heating is available from the control panel next to the front door. If the green light is illuminated, try opening the windows instead. If not, press the button once; the blue light will turn on when activated. The room will take 5-10 minutes to cool or heat. You can turn the system off by pressing the button once more.

Power & network available under the desk. Monitor control button under the middle of the screen. The login screen for the Bello.hiVe.flex WiFi network is triggered by going to websites like https://news.com.au

Bello.hiVe.members WiFi network is more secure, and uses the same username and password for the members website. Should you need to buy time passes, this website is freely available on the bello.hive.flex network.

Trusted certificates are used to secure the bello.hive.members WiFi network. Some members, especially newer Android users, may be prompted to enter a domain before accessing the members WiFi network. This domain needs to be "ironwifi.com."

Meeting room can be booked online, or used ad-hoc if available (30 min max). For video conferencing plug in cables and auto-detect via your digital platform of choice (ask for assistance if required). Surcharges apply.

Flex desk reservations are optional but can be made if you need to lock in a desk. Surcharges apply.

Calls and noise can be irritating to others when they're working. We ask that you be considerate of others. For example, take extended phone calls outside or use the meeting room.

Kitchenette is there and can be used to make yourself a tea or prepare a light meal. Water is available in the fridge, either the free or paid variety. If you want to tip in for the tea and snacks (or pay for the water), that'd be swell! The tip jar link is available in the menu on the left.
